Yes! We are located at 439 Des Plaines Avenue, Forest Park, IL 60130.
Our products are also
sold in stores nationwide and likely in a store near you. We can be
found in Whole Foods, Nordstrom, Ghirardelli Chocolate Shops, Quaker
Steak and Lube restaurants and many other retailers. For fresh delicious
goodies delivered to your door, order with us online or over the phone.

Where can I find the ingredient and nutritional information for your products?

How long will my product retain its quality and freshness?
Our products are all natural
which means they do not contain artificial ingredients or
preservatives. Therefore, they should be enjoyed within 2 weeks of
receipt or kept frozen for future consumption. The frozen shelf life of
all of our products is at least 6 months. Unless they are to be
consumed right away, it's always a good idea to store them frozen.
Freezing and thawing (even a few times) will not affect the quality.
Is there a detailed ingredient list for those with allergies?

Do your products contain nuts?
Currently, we are
using peanuts and tree nuts in some of our treats. We take measures to
ensure that there is no cross contamination of ingredients; however
given the presence of nuts in our bakery there is always a chance that
nut-free products could come into contact with nuts and/or their
by-products. If you have any further questions or concerns, please do

Are Athena’s Silverland Desserts products certified Kosher?
Not at this time.
Can I make substitutions for flavors on the website?
This is where we pride ourselves on customer service. We allow you to
select up to 4 flavors to customize your order. If you have any other
requests, just call us at 708-488-0800 between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm CST, or email us at email@example.com, and we will customize your order.
Are any of your products sugar-free?
Yes! We currently
offer sugar free double chocolate brownies and lemon bars. To see our
latest sugar free products, go to our Light and Free category then
select Sugar Free.
Are any of your products vegan?
Yes! See our Raw Bars.
Are any of your products gluten free?
Yes! We do make gluten free products like many of our raw bars, but we are not a certified gluten-free plant.
What if I am not satisfied with my product?
We're so confident
that you'll love our products and services that if you are dissatisfied
with any part of your experience, we will do whatever it takes to make
you happy. Just call or e-mail one of the Customer Service
Representatives and someone will promptly assist you!
Will my gift come with the packaging I saw in the photos?
In an effort to
ensure that your gift arrives on time, Athena’s Silverland Desserts
reserves the right to substitute the gift packaging. In making
substitutions, we take great care and consideration in selecting gift
packaging that will meet or exceed the expectations of both the gift
giver and recipient.
Who do you use for a shipping carrier?
Athena’s Silverland Desserts ships our packages via UPS.
Do you ship outside of the United States?
Yes we do via the US Post Office. Just call or e-mail one of the Customer Service Representatives and someone will assist you!
Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?
Yes, we ship to Alaska and Hawaii.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
Yes! We ship to P.O. boxes via the US Post Office, but there is a $5.00 extra charge.
Which days do you ship and deliver?

What time of the day will my package arrive?
UPS will deliver
from 9:00 AM until 8:00 PM. Typically they will deliver to businesses
first, and then to residential addresses.
Does UPS require a signature for delivery?
addresses typically do not require a signature. HOWEVER, if there is no
one there to accept the package, and the UPS driver does not feel
comfortable leaving it for any reason, s/he is not required to leave the
package. UPS will make three delivery attempts before returning the
package to Athena’s Silverland Desserts. UPS will leave a note on the
door following each delivery attempt. Business addresses do require a
signature, but not necessarily from the recipient whose name is on the
box. Anyone in the building is able to sign for the package.
Can I specify an exact arrival date?
Yes! The web site
will ask for you to do just that. Athena’s Silverland Desserts will
ensure that your goodies are baked and shipped in time to arrive by your

Our bakery is located in Forest Park, Illinois, just outside Chicago.
How do I track my package?
Simply sign into
your customer account and click on "Check on my order status/history"
then click on "Track Order". If you need assistance, email our Customer
Service Team at firstname.lastname@example.org
or for immediate assistance, call a Customer Service representative at
708-488-0800 anytime. If you do not use e-mail or the
internet, do not hesitate to call or e-mail us - have your order number
ready and we'll track your package for you!
PLACING AN ORDER
How far in advance can I place my order?
As early as you'd
like! We will always accept early orders. We'll be sure not to bake your
order or charge your credit card until just before the scheduled
arrival date - that way, your goodies will arrive fresh!
If I place my order today will it arrive by tomorrow?
For Same Day
Shipping, call a Customer Service representative at 708-488-0800 before
12pm CST to place your order. This does not mean, however, that your
order will arrive that day. See our Shipping Policy for information on
UPS transit times. ALL packages traveling outside the Midwest, MUST ship
UPS Next Day Air in order for the goodies to arrive the following
